Diploma or better in Purchase and supply\/ any relevant discipline in Inventory management
\n2+ years of work experience as a stores officer or similar position
\nExperience working in a fast paced environment
\nExperience working with SAGE preferred
\nProficient in Microsoft Excel<\/p>\n
Job role<\/p>\n
Inventory Control<\/p>\n
Accurately receives orders, stores, and dispatches to satellite locations
\nForecasts supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
\nOversees storage of products, particularly of fragile items
\nCoordinates regular inventory audits
\nPerforms stock-takes and cycle counts
\nAssess produce integrity and quality
\nHighlights any low stocks using tracker to effectively manage inventory
\nEffectively and accurately dispatches stock between Warehouses, Stores and Production facility<\/p>\n

\nRecord Management<\/p>\n
Ensures bin cards are updated daily, GRNS received daily and filed in Open GRN box file.
\nCompliance to use of Material Requisition book
\nKeeps delivery notes records and stock dispatch records updated daily
\nTracks all consumables by destination
\nFiles and safekeeps all documentation i.e. Invoices, COAs<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
Ensures supplier accounts are an accurate reflection of goods\/services received and invoiced.
\nEnsures Sage PO, Sage GRN and supplier invoice are scanned and saved in Google Drive\/One Drive and maintained in Closed PO box file.<\/p>\n
Teamwork<\/p>\n
Liaises with Procurement team members and Finance team members including all user departments\u2019
\nClearly communicates on inventory and Record management such that all issues are resolved<\/p>\n
