\nKey Role and Responsibilities
\nOptimize boiler performance and process:<\/p>\n
Interpret and implement production plan for shift as Operator.
\nMonitor boiler production processes in the E&F plant on shift.
\nEnsure boiler process quality and productivity.
\nEnsure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
\nCo-ordinate autonomous maintenance and cleaning<\/p>\n

\nOptimize team performance:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Communicate effectively in the workplace.<\/p>\n
Perform Administration:<\/p>\n
Ensure application of administration systems and procedures
\nContribute to self and team development.<\/p>\n
Problem solving:
\nApply problem solving and decision-making techniques and principles.
\nMinimum Requirement:<\/p>\n
Education: Electrical, Mechanical or Equivalent Certificate or Diploma
\nTraining: 2 to 6 weeks on the job training.
\nExperience: 2 to 6 weeks on the job training.
\nBoiler Certificate (Additional)
\nKnowledge of VPO Implementation<\/p>\n
