AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of IT Infrastructure Support Officer.
\nAmong other responsibilities, you will be expected to:<\/p>\n
Install, modify, and make repairs to computer hardware and software systems and provide technical assistance to end users in operation of hardware and software.
\nMaintain current inventory records of computer hardware, related components, and their status.
\nMake site visits to branches or other locations to provide computer support.
\nInstall, maintain, modify, and upgrade server,software & Hardware i.e., OS, firewalls, antivirus.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:<\/p>\n
Minimum of a Diploma in any IT related field with a minimum of 3 years\u2019 full-time experience in a similar position.
\nSolid Knowledge of computer hardware and software (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers), communication hardware and software, Access control systems, CCTV systems.
\nExceptional analytical, verbal- and written- communication skills.
\nZambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) Verification Certificate for Tertiary Qualifications.<\/p>\n
