This includes but not limited to Providing leadership to the sales team by motivating and encouraging the team to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met.<br \/>\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Managing the direct sales team within assigned sites.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring stock availability and installation SLAs are followed for sales done within assigned geographical demarcation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Resolving customer and sales team complaints, staffing problems, report competition activities and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborating with Line Managers and cross functional leaders and peers to develop sales initiatives in your area.<br \/>\n\u2022 Consulting with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring compliance of sales processes, policies and recovery of devices from noncompliant customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring excellent execution of agreed sales plans.<\/p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\nEducational Qualifications &amp; Functional \/ Technical Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Diploma of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.<br \/>\n\u2022 In-depth understanding of telecom trends is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3+ years of experience in leading a highly qualified and experienced team in a highly complex environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 2 years of in-depth Sales and Marketing experience in the telecom\/Devices selling\/Corporate Sales\/ Satellite TV industries or other related fields.<\/p>\n<p>Competencies Required for the Post<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Understand the competition landscape within the OPCO \u2013 players, devices offered, packages, commission schemes etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Understand solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.<br \/>\n\u2022 Should be able to guide and drive cross functional teams.<br \/>\n\u2022 Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong entrepreneurial spirit.<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to motivate and encourage the team to ensure sales targets are met.<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to plan and execute team route plans and evaluate performance on daily basis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Flexible and ability to travel in urgency basis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to operate in a performance driven organization.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good organizational and teamwork skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic.<br \/>\n\u2022 Attention to detail.<br \/>\n\u2022 Confident, assertive with good negotiation skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent time Management Skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Customer-centric.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
