{"id":5727,"date":"2025-10-10T12:06:38","date_gmt":"2025-10-10T12:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/credit-controller-at-airtel\/"},"modified":"2026-02-04T15:03:57","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T15:03:57","slug":"credit-controller-at-airtel","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5727","title":{"rendered":"Credit Controller at Airtel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DEPARTMENT :\u00a0Customer Experience<br \/>\nVACANCY :\u00a0Credit Controller<br \/>\nLEVEL :Senior Coordinator<br \/>\nLOCATION :\u00a0Lusaka, Head Office<br \/>\nJOB PURPOSE<br \/>\nTo ensure timely debt collections, manage debt exposure to acceptable levels, excellent customer service experience and delivery of Dunning Policy Compliance.<br \/>\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Daily collections performance, and ensure collection targets are met every month<br \/>\n\u2022 Contacting business customers when payment is due\/overdue and\/or for settlement of their account<br \/>\n\u2022 Sending of dunning letters i.e payment reminders, demand notices or litigation letters<br \/>\n\u2022 Complete and timely adherence to the Dunning Policy<br \/>\n\u2022 Timely reconciliation of Corporate accounts<br \/>\n\u2022 Decrease customer complaints by ensuring all customer requests are handled in a timely manner<br \/>\n\u2022 Re-negotiating payment plans<br \/>\n\u2022 Monthly reconciliation of accounts and dispute resolution<\/p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\nEducational Qualifications &amp; Functional \/ Technical Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Diploma in Business \/ Information Technology related field and\/or other related field<br \/>\n\u2022 Customer Relationship Management skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Good Presentation and Interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A minimum of 2-3 years\u2019 work experience in Customer Relationship Management role<br \/>\n\u2022 Debt Risk Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and operate in a performance driven organization<\/p>\n<p>COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POST<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 CBusiness awareness, analytical skills and problem-solving skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent and effective communications skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Empowering full work responsibility to achieve business target<br \/>\n\u2022 Personal Organisation<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
