We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. If you are passionate about accounting and eager to grow your career, this is a great opportunity for you!<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Record and reconcile daily financial transactions<br \/>\n\u00b7 Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers<br \/>\n\u00b7 Support payroll processing and expense tracking<br \/>\n\u00b7 Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing reports<br \/>\n\u00b7 Maintain accurate accounting files and documentation<br \/>\n\u00b7 Assist in preparing management and audit reports<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (minimum: college level)<br \/>\n\u00b7 Good understanding of accounting principles<br \/>\n\u00b7 Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel and accounting software<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy<br \/>\n\u00b7 Excellent communication and teamwork skills<br \/>\n\u00b7 Young and motivated candidates are encouraged to apply \u2014 no prior experience required, training will be provided<br \/>\n\u00b7 Familiar with mainstream financial software, such as Sage, QuickBooks etc.<br \/>\nBenefits:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Competitive salary package (ZMW 3,000 \u2013 6,000, negotiable)<br \/>\n\u00b7 Career growth and professional development<br \/>\n\u00b7 Supportive and friendly working environment<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
