Teacher<br \/>\nPosition Description<br \/>\nFRANSALIAN EDUCATION MISSION seeks to recruit a MALE\u00a0Physical Education Teacher\u00a0to be based in Lusaka. The P.E. Teacher will work to provide maximum physical activity within the allotted time, motivate pupils to be physically active and direct varied opportunities for physical activity. He\/she will also work to develop pupils\u2019 confidence in generic skills of collaboration, communication, team work, creativity, and critical thinking.<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To plan, teach and guide primary school pupils in a range of different sports.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prepare schemes of work and weekly forecasts.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To ensure all equipment and materials needed to conduct ball games, field and track events are available.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To keep an accurate inventory of the sports equipment and ensure it is neatly stored.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conduct assessment of pupils.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Play a leading role in Sports functions.<br \/>\n7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To provide pupils with an opportunity to develop and improve their social and physical skills.<br \/>\n8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0As a P.E. Teacher, you will help children work on their fitness by giving them guidance to lead a healthy and physically active lifestyle.<br \/>\n9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Play an active role in the school\u2019s Extra-curricular activities.<br \/>\n10.\u00a0Interact with various teachers to prepare and organise interdisciplinary lessons.<br \/>\n11.\u00a0Formulate policies related to physical education.<br \/>\n12.\u00a0To effectively organise space, equipment and pupils in order to deliver successful lessons<br \/>\n13.\u00a0Work with school administrators to implement school procedures regarding health and wellness.<br \/>\n14.\u00a0To organise inter school sports events.<br \/>\n15.\u00a0Work with school administrators to allocate houses to pupils.<br \/>\n16.\u00a0To provide leadership to the sports committee.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Full Grade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Registered with the TCZ with a valid practicing license.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Computer literate.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum of Diploma in Physical Education.<br \/>\nReporting<br \/>\nThe P.E. teacher will report to the Headteacher.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
