If you\u2019re enthusiastic about education, excellent at follow-ups, and confident in using social media, this could be the opportunity for you!<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n-Follow up on prospective students from<br \/>\ninquiry to full registration.<br \/>\n-Respond promptly to queries via<br \/>\nWhatsApp, Facebook, and email<br \/>\n-Maintain regular communication with<br \/>\ninterested applicants to guide them<br \/>\nthrough the application process.<br \/>\n-Post updates, events, and promotional<br \/>\ncontent across social media platforms<br \/>\n-Prepare weekly and monthly reports on<br \/>\nleads, applications, and registration<br \/>\nstatus<br \/>\n-Coordinate with the marketing team to<br \/>\nsupport events and outreach activities<br \/>\n-Maintain accurate records of<br \/>\ncommunication and application<br \/>\nprogress.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements:<br \/>\n-Diploma or Degree in Marketing<br \/>\nprefered or related Business field.<br \/>\n-Experience in customer service or sales<br \/>\n(minimum 6 months to 1 year preferred)<br \/>\n-Strong interpersonal and verbal and<br \/>\nwritten communication skills<br \/>\n-Confident user of social media<br \/>\nplatforms (Facebook, LinkedIn,<br \/>\nInstagram, WhatsApp, Twitter \u2013 X, etc.)<br \/>\n-Ability to work independently and meet<br \/>\ntargets<br \/>\n-Must be 30 years old and below<br \/>\n-Lusaka-based only<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
