Job Description
\nThe Administration Officer \u2013 Temp will be responsible for provision of administrative support services in order to facilitate seamless, efficient and effective operations of the company.
\nWorkforce management tools
\nKey Responsibilities
\nOffice Accommodation<\/p>\n
Undertakes timely provision of office\/work stations tomembers of staff in a bid to ensure that staff are well settled and productive.<\/p>\n
Health and Safety<\/p>\n
Ensures safe working environment in order to safeguard livesand property.
\nFacilitates Health and safety activities in liaison withhealth and safety committee.<\/p>\n
Performance Management<\/p>\n
Undertakes timely development of performance targets inorder to facilitate performance evaluation.<\/p>\n
Office Equipment\/Furniture<\/p>\n
Facilitates for timely procurement and maintenance of officeequipment\/furniture so as to avoid operation disruption.<\/p>\n
Office Superintendence<\/p>\n
Supervises effectively the maintenance of infrastructure andsurroundings in order to create a safe and conducive work environment.
\nEnsures timely preparation of payments for all utilityrelated bills (including but not limited to electricity, phone, internet andrentals in order to enhance smooth operations of the corporation
\nFacilitates for timely procurement and supply of officerefreshments\/supplies.<\/p>\n
Insurance<\/p>\n
Ensures timely insurance of INFRATEL fixed assets in orderto minimize risks of loss of property.<\/p>\n
Inventory<\/p>\n
Undertakes accurately preparation of inventory register inorder to ascertain and safeguard company assets and property.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or its equivalent
\nMember of ZIHRM<\/p>\n
Key Competencies and Skills<\/p>\n
Basic understanding inprocurement processes
\nBasic understanding in insuranceprocesses
\nAbility to collaborate and workwith a team
\nStrong oral and writtencommunication skills.
\nGood customer support skills
\nGood Computer skills
\nLogical thinking and problemsolving
\nHighly proven ethical conduct andfree from criminal record; and
\nHighly computer literate andpresentation skills.
\nAbility to work in an agileenvironment<\/p>\n
Years of Experience Required<\/p>\n
Minimum of two (2) years\u2019 experience in Administration.<\/p>\n
