We are committed to empowering local farmers and supplying high-quality cooking oil to the Zambian market.<br \/>\nPosition Overview<br \/>\nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving bulk cooking oil sales, creating new markets, and nurturing existing customers to enhance market presence and revenue growth.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of edible oil products.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Identify and grow new markets while maintaining relationships with existing clients.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and marketing plans.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Promote company products through exhibitions, trade fairs, and other channels.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain excellent customer service and handle client feedback professionally.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in sales and marketing, preferably in cooking oil or FMCG sector.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br \/>\nPersonal Attributes<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong communication and negotiation skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Self-driven, innovative, and results-focused.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Analytical and strategic thinking ability.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Computer literate (MS Office and marketing tools).<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Valid driver\u2019s license is an added advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
