As a Sales Executive, he\/she will be responsible for driving the revenue growth of the company by expanding the client base, negotiating with new clients, and finding new leads.<br \/>\nJOB PURPOSE<br \/>\nTo facilitate an increased customer base and sales revenue by undertaking product development, marketing, advertising, promotional and sales activities for the company.<br \/>\nAccountabilities<br \/>\n\u00b7 Conducting regular market research to help identify and analyze business trends, customer needs and desires and recommend new or changes to marketing and business development strategies.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns including creating and distributing promotional materials to continuously increase demand for Company products and services.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Designing and implementing strategic sales plans and programmes for the Company\u2019s products and services so as to bring in new customers, increase sales and company revenue.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Designing and developing new products and services taking into account market trends and customer needs and desires.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Providing support and advise to the client relations unit in designing and implementing programmes to facilitate sustained customer satisfaction and retention.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Continuous evaluation of marketing and sales performance to facilitate review of strategies and plans and to prepare and submit performance reports regularly.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Contributing to the setting of marketing and sales targets and budgets.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Undertake other Company business and administrative activities as may be assigned by the supervisor.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\nFull Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 credits.<br \/>\nMinimum bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.<br \/>\n3 years of experience as a Marketing and Sales Officer<br \/>\nMember of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)<br \/>\nValid Driving Licence<br \/>\nKnowledge And Technical Skills<br \/>\nExcellent knowledge of market research practices and techniques.<br \/>\nGood understanding of principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies.<br \/>\nWorking with various forms of media, including print, broadcast and digital.<br \/>\nUsing social media effectively as a marketing tool.<br \/>\nProficiency with computer programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<br \/>\nPersonal Attributes<br \/>\nSelf-management and motivation with excellent planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nEnterprising, creative, Initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.<br \/>\nExcellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.<br \/>\nEffective leadership and excellent communication skills.<br \/>\nFlexible with ability and willingness to learn and operate in a new environment.<br \/>\nJob Requirements<br \/>\nMust be prepared to work outside the normal working hours.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
