\nThe role demands a professional who can evaluate our internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance with industry regulations\u2014ensuring transparency, accountability, and operational excellence in all aspects of our telecommunications operations.

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conduct independent audits of financial and operational systems
\nEvaluate and improve risk management and internal control frameworks
\nIdentify areas of inefficiency or risk and recommend actionable improvements
\nMonitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
\nPrepare detailed audit reports for member of boards and shareholders
\nCollaborate with departments to strengthen internal processes
\nStay current with industry best practices and emerging compliance standards<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance, Auditing,\u00a0or related field
\nProfessional certification such as\u00a0ACCA or \u00a0CIMA preferred
\nMinimum\u00a05\u20137 years of relevant experience in auditing or financial analysis
\nStrong understanding of\u00a0telecom sector regulatory requirements\u00a0is an advantage
\nProven ability to analyze data and present findings clearly
\nHigh level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
\nStrong report-writing and communication skills
\nProficiency in financial auditing software\/tools
\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple assignments
\nSound judgment and commitment to confidentiality<\/p>\n
