Job Description
\nResponsible for implementation of infrastructure support services and Civil\/Structural works under project implementation to ensure that projects are executed according to contract specifications and that deliverables are within time schedule, quality, scope and budget.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Construction Management<\/p>\n
Management of Construction works to ensure adherence to Engineering principles and building regulations & standards.
\nPlanning and supervision of day-to-day site activities as required, ensuring safe execution of works.
\nProducing detailed Engineering drawings as required
\nAssessing potential risks, materials, and costs<\/p>\n
Execution of Project Implementation Plans<\/p>\n
Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
\nProvide direction and support to project teams.
\nRisk & quality Management
\nProcurement & Change Management<\/p>\n
Acceptance Testing and System KPIs<\/p>\n
Plan and execute acceptance tests.
\nIdentify critical system KPIs and ensure trending for acceptance.<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems andsolutions Resource and Cost Management
\nManage & document contractor and in-house meetings.<\/p>\n
Cost Management\/Budget<\/p>\n
Manage the project expenditure to within the budget.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Engineering Degree
\nMember of EIZ and EngRB<\/p>\n
Key Competencies and Skills<\/p>\n
Profound knowledge in Civil and Structural Engineering practices, standards and regulations
\nKnowledge of project management tools & techniques, contract management
\nKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), MS Project (or equivalent) and SharePoint is required
\nAutoCAD proficiency
\nSite Supervision-end to end site management (Civil works supervision, installation, acceptance and handover).
\nInterpretation of the Technical drawings and validation for implementation in the field.
\nAnalysis and approval of tower sites\u2019 structures for other operators\u2019 collocation purpose.
\nIdentifies problems\/issues.
\nStrength in Commissioning, installation of telecom related works
\nStrength in quality inspection and site Audits and supervision
\nSolves non-routine problems by independently applying judgment to established analysis and standard approaches.
\nIntegrates\/evaluates multiple factors to develop creative practical solutions.

Years of Experience Required<\/p>\n
3years of experience in Civil Engineering role preferably in Telecommunication Industry<\/p>\n
