The planner works closely with the construction, procurement, engineering and quality teams to track progress, identify delays and implement recovery strategies<br \/>\nVirtual assistant services<br \/>\nJob Location:\u00a0Lumwana Expansion Project \u2013 Kalumbila District Zambia<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Develop and maintain\u00a0Level 4 Project Schedules\u00a0using\u00a0Primavera P6.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Intergrade procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning and client milestone data into one cohesive master schedule.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Conduct critical path analysis and float monitor<br \/>\n\u00b7 Perform progress measurement and update schedules with actual data (physical % complete, manhours, etc)<br \/>\nVirtual assistant services<br \/>\n\u00b7 Identify potential delays or resource constraints and purpose mitigation or recovery plans.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Interface with stie supervisors, subcontractors and other disciplines for accurate inputs.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Generate weekly and monthly reports including,\u00a0S-curves, earned value analysis, look ahead plans\u00a0and variance analysis.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Monitor productivity, track key performance indicators and update forecast models.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Assist in claims preparations and time impact analysis if required<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ensure the planning and scheduling practices comply with the project procedures and client standards<br \/>\nMinium Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Degree or\/ National Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or Project management<br \/>\n\u00b7 Planning or Scheduling certification in Primavera<br \/>\nSkills &amp; Competencies<br \/>\n\u00b7 Proficient in Primavera &amp; MS Project<br \/>\n\u00b7 Advanced Excel Skills (pivots formulas &amp; dashboards)<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong analytical and reporting abilities<br \/>\n\u00b7 Excellent communication skills<br \/>\n\u00b7 Detail oriented and highly organised<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines<br \/>\nApplication Requirement:<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Updated CV<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Primavera P6 Qualification<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Qualifications as specified<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0NRC or Passport<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Contactable References<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
