KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u2022 Drive and lead KCM\u2019s marketing and outbound logistic function and setup a best-in-class marketing organization.\u2022 Lead and manage marketing teams across market development, corporate communications, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.\u2022 Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Operations, Sustainability, and Investor Relations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and go-to-market strategies.\u2022 Monitor copper market trends, commodity pricing, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.\u2022 Drive market advocacy initiatives and have sales contracts are in place.\u2022 Oversee digital transformation initiatives in marketing, including market analytics, CRM systems, and automated campaign tools.<\/p>\n
CANDIDATE PROFILE
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering \/ Economics \/ Marketing or Equivalent\u2022 An MBA or Postgraduate qualification\u2022 Minimum 10\u201312 years\u2019 experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role\u2022 Strong negotiation skills\u2022 People and customer relationship management\u2022 Good commodity market understanding<\/p>\n
