KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u2022 Driving and implementing the Vedanta Asset Optimization framework at various operations.\u2022 Setting of KPIs and driving for excellence.\u2022 Improvement in maintenance practices and process optimization.\u2022 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanned outages.\u2022 Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve integrity-related issues.\u2022 Oversee the use of digital tools, data analytics, and condition monitoring to support predictive maintenance.<\/p>\n
CANDIDATE PROFILE
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).\u2022 Minimum of 7\u20138 years\u2019 experience in asset integrity, reliability, or maintenance engineering, preferably in mining.\u2022 Proven experience in managing integrity management systems and leading multi-disciplinary teams.\u2022 Must have experience of implementation of Vedanta AO framework.\u2022 Adaptability in response to changing operational needs.\u2022 Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n
