\nMaintenance Controller
\nCONTRACT: PERMANENT \u2013 LUSAKA
\nReporting to the\u00a0Maintenance Engineer\u00a0the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate and control all planned and reactive maintenance activities.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Act as the first point of contact for fault reporting and maintenance requests.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Liaise with internal teams, engineers, and third-party contractors.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance process.
\nThe job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes.<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate.
\nDiploma\/degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum 5 years proven experience in maintenance planning and coordination
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong Organizational skills
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent communication and organizational skills.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Problem-solving and analytical skills
