The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and attention to detail in managing on-site operations.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nSupervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.<br \/>\nEnsure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.<br \/>\nPrepare and monitor work schedules, materials, and manpower requirements.<br \/>\nCoordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.<br \/>\nConduct regular site inspections and quality checks.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.<br \/>\nTrack project progress, report on site activities, and assist in preparing project documentation.<br \/>\nIdentify technical issues and propose practical solutions.<br \/>\nPromote teamwork and ensure efficient use of resources on site.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<br \/>\nB.Sc. or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification from a recognized college or university.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in building construction or renovation works for B.Sc. holders.<br \/>\nMinimum 4 years\u2019 experience for Diploma holders in similar projects.<br \/>\nKnowledge of project management tools and construction safety standards is an added advantage.<br \/>\nAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.<br \/>\nKey Competencies<br \/>\nStrong technical and analytical skills.<br \/>\nExcellent leadership and communication abilities.<br \/>\nHigh attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.<br \/>\nAbility to manage multiple site activities efficiently.<br \/>\nCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement<br \/>\nContract Terms<br \/>\nContract Duration: 4 Months<br \/>\nExpected Start Date: Immediately<br \/>\nN.B please indicate your salary expectation<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
