\nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven ability to drive sales. As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting solar energy solutions across Zambia.

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Identify and generate new sales leads through fieldwork, referrals, social media, and networking.
\nPromote Marisfield Energies\u2019 solar products and services to potential customers.
\nConduct product presentations and site visits to assess client needs.
\nPrepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and quotations.
\nAchieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
\nProvide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
\nStay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.<\/p>\n

\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate (a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage).
\nProven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, electrical, or related industries.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\nSelf-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nBasic understanding of solar products is an advantage (training will be provided).<\/p>\n
