PRIMARY SCHOOL\u00a0TEACHER<br \/>\nPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ( MAIN DUTIES)<br \/>\nv\u00a0Develop and implement engaging lesson plans following the Zambian Primary Curriculum.<br \/>\nv\u00a0Prepare Schemes of work and weekly forecasts following the Zambian Primary curriculum<br \/>\nv\u00a0\u00a0Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learner understanding and participation.<br \/>\nv\u00a0Conduct assessments, give constructive feedback, and support learners\u2019 academic progress.<br \/>\nv\u00a0Cater to diverse learning needs, including special education learners.<br \/>\nv\u00a0Prepare charts and other teaching and learning materials<br \/>\nv\u00a0Prepare individual work plan<br \/>\nv\u00a0Prepare home works, assessments and end of\u00a0term tests<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\nv\u00a0Grade 12 certificate, minimum of 5 credits\u00a0subjects including English\u00a0and\u00a0Mathematics and any Science subject.<br \/>\nv\u00a0Diploma or Degree in Primary Education and Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution.<br \/>\nv\u00a0\u00a0Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)\u00a0and holder of a Valid Practicing Licence.<br \/>\nv\u00a0\u00a0At least 1\u20132 years of teaching experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply).<br \/>\nv\u00a0Should be able to teach\u00a0Cinyanja.<br \/>\nv\u00a0Must be computer literate-\u00a0word, excel and power point proficient.<br \/>\nv\u00a0Desire to continue to grow and develop professionally<br \/>\nv\u00a0Great communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nv\u00a0Good organization and time management skills.<br \/>\nv\u00a0Enthusiasm and flexibility.<br \/>\nv\u00a0Should have a Christian background.<br \/>\nWe offer:<br \/>\nv\u00a0Competitive salary<br \/>\nv\u00a0Work in a great team<br \/>\nv\u00a0Interesting and challenging work<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
