\n Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
\n\u2022 Quality and Timeliness of PIRs
\n\u2022 Ensure Product Improvement Reports (PIRs) are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
\n\u2022 PIRs must contain meaningful data and meet established standards.
\n\u2022 Root Cause Analysis Effectiveness
\n\u2022 Timely and thorough execution of RCA using tools like 5-Why.
\n\u2022 Development and use of reporting tools to support RCA outcomes.
\n\u2022 Field Test Implementation
\n\u2022 Successful coordination and documentation of field tests.
\n\u2022 Clear reporting of field test results and insights.
\n\u2022\u00a0Product Reliability Trend Reporting
\n\u2022 Monthly reports delivered with actionable insights and progress on improvement initiatives.
\n\u2022 Compliance with MIN Policies
\n\u2022 Adherence to internal policies such as MIN PO MIN 302 37527 when implementing local improvements.
\n\u2022 Fleet Monitoring and Feedback
\n\u2022 Identification and reporting of product improvement opportunities based on fleet performance
\n\u2022\u00a0Warranty Claim Quality
\n\u2022 Ensure technical content of warranty claims is complete and supports resolution.
\n\u2022 Technical Support Delivery
\n\u2022 Timely and effective technical assistance to Service Manager and Customer Service Team.
\n\u2022 Contributions to manuals, TIs, SIs, ECRs, and training materials.
\n\u2022 Customer Service Information Execution
\n\u2022 Follow-up and implementation of approved Technical Instructions (TIs).
\n\u2022 Health and Safety Compliance
\n\u2022 All activities conducted in line with company and legislative safety standards.
