Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, change management, workforce planning, and organizational development.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Design and advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational structure to support operational expansion.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Talent Acquisition &amp; Workforce Planning<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified staff.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop workforce plans and staffing forecasts to meet operational demands.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Establish induction, onboarding, and retention programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Performance &amp; Employee Relations Management<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Design and oversee performance management systems to drive productivity and accountability.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in line with labor legislation.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Foster a positive work culture that promotes engagement, motivation, and team cohesion.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Training, Development &amp; Capacity Building<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop and implement training programs to build staff capacity and enhance technical, managerial, and leadership competencies.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor training effectiveness and link staff development to organizational performance objectives.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Compensation, Benefits &amp; HR Systems<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and statutory contributions in coordination with the Finance Department.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop and review reward structures to attract, retain, and motivate employees.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manage HR information systems for efficient data management and reporting.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Administration &amp; Facilities Management<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manage administrative services, including office operations, transport, security, and company facilities.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Oversee procurement of office supplies and services to ensure smooth operations.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all facilities.<br \/>\n7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Reporting &amp; Compliance<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prepare regular HR and administration reports for the Management and Board of Directors.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) O Levels.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 A bachelor\u2019s degree Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. A Master\u2019s degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Professional membership with the\u00a0Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in Human Resource Management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial HR leadership role, preferably in a large-scale or multi-site operational environment (e.g., agriculture, manufacturing, or industrial sectors).<br \/>\nKnowledge &amp; Skills Requirements<br \/>\nYou must posses the following skills and knowledge:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strategic and leadership skills<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Good interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent problem-solving skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong report writing, communication and presentation skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong, negotiation skills and tact.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proficient in using computers<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
