{"id":5950,"date":"2025-10-23T16:02:21","date_gmt":"2025-10-23T16:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/product-support-representative-at-liebherr-group\/"},"modified":"2026-02-04T15:03:16","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T15:03:16","slug":"product-support-representative-at-liebherr-group","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5950","title":{"rendered":"Product Support Representative at Liebherr Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Assemble new or used equipment at customer sites and ensure full functionality according to factoryspecifications.<br \/>\n\u2022 Writes weekly fleet reports on technical problems used to identify trends affecting design production, service, and maintenance processes and make recommendations for modifications to eliminate future problems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Reviews service reports and documentation from customer and field representatives, inspects malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective action.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist service and project managers, Engineering, and other departments to report and resolve product problems and expedite solutions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshooting and repair equipment. (To Liebherr Zambia and Customer Personnel).<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide a communication link between customers and the service manager and Field Service Supervisor to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in establishing periodical and preventive maintenance programs including planning and scheduling of equipment maintenance using the manuals and guidelines provided.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provides technical advice, assistance, and supervision to customer and Liebherr personnel for various maintenance tasks (service, minor and major jobs, inspection etc\u2026) provide technical information and assist customer\/local organization in completing and submitting warranty claims and ensures parts and paperwork is returned to the main branch as required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide Technical advice in the development of service manuals, Technical Instructions (IT\u2019S) and Service Instructions (SI\u2019S), Engineering Change Requests (ECR\u2019S), and training courses.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct On the Job training on safe operations and maintenance of the equipment and demonstrate skills to customer Operations and Maintenance personnel.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assists Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor, Customers and Parts Personnel to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained at site and equipment locations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Carryout Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Undercarriage Inspections and provide reports to customers with associated recommendations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Submit Troubleshoot Advisor and Lidos Feedback for upgrade and improvements were applicable.Online training coursesLeadership development program<br \/>\nCompetencies<br \/>\nCORE VALUES<br \/>\n\u2022 Independence<br \/>\n\u2022 Trustworthy<br \/>\n\u2022 Innovative<br \/>\n\u2022 Value employees<br \/>\n\u2022 Quality work<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible<br \/>\nBASIC COMPETENCIES<br \/>\n\u2022 Working together<br \/>\n\u2022 Talking and listening to each other<br \/>\n\u2022 Being open for change and development<br \/>\n\u2022 Making competent decisions<br \/>\nTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES<br \/>\n\u2022 Product Knowledge<br \/>\n\u2022 Relationship Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiation<br \/>\n\u2022 Data\/ IT Systems, Reporting &amp; Budgeting<br \/>\n\u2022 Documenting<br \/>\n\u2022 Occupational, Health, Safety and Environment<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintenance<br \/>\n\u2022 Reporting<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS:<br \/>\nHeavy duty Mechanic or Auto Electrical diploma<br \/>\nCertificate on Liebherr Technical Training would be advantageous<br \/>\nMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience on Liebherr Mining and\/or EMT machines Certificate in First Aid and Emergency Response<br \/>\nCertificate in Computer and competent use of Microsoft Suite<br \/>\nHave we awoken your interest?
