The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods, materials, and equipment across various destinations, in line with company policies and transport regulations.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Ensure the safe operation of company equipment (Truck)<br \/>\nSecuring goods to prevent damage or loss during transit and handling (loading\/unloading activities).<br \/>\nConducting regular inspections to identify mechanical issues, performing basic maintenance, and reporting defects.<br \/>\nConduct pre-trip checks on the condition of the truck.<br \/>\nAdhering to traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards to ensure vehicle and cargo safety.<br \/>\nInteract operations team to coordinate schedules, update delivery status, and address issues.<br \/>\nAdhere to company rules, regulations and policies.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Proven experience in driving\u00a0Mercedes Benz Trucks (Powerliner, Axor, and Actros), Man Diesel and Scania.<br \/>\nMinimum of Grade (12) certificate and must have the ability to read and write.<br \/>\nMust have a minimum of 3 years work experience in international\/cross border driving.<br \/>\nMust be a Zambian citizen with a Green National Registration Card.<br \/>\nMust have a valid passport.<br \/>\nMust have a valid CE, PSV, DG License.<br \/>\nMust have traceable proof of previous work experience.<\/p>\n<p>Application Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Curriculum vitae with 3 traceable referees<br \/>\nCopy of NRC<br \/>\nCopy of valid Passport<br \/>\nCopy of valid drivers license<br \/>\nCopy of COVID-19 vaccination certificate<br \/>\nAny other supporting documents.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
