Position Overview
\nWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven\u00a0Sales and Marketing Consultant\u00a0to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving loan sales, building client relationships, and promoting CapitalHub\u2019s financial products and services.
\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about helping clients access financial solutions that work for them.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Identify and acquire new clients through field marketing, referrals, and digital platforms.
\nPromote CapitalHub\u2019s financial products, including payroll-based loans, SME loans, and cash advances.
\nConduct client onboarding and assist with loan applications and documentation.
\nMaintain strong relationships with existing clients and corporate partners.
\nAchieve individual and team sales targets.
\nProvide market insights and contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns.
\nRepresent CapitalHub professionally at all times and uphold company values.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (experience in financial services is an advantage).
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
\nStrong presentation and negotiation skills.
\nShould have a Valid Drivers License.<\/p>\n
