The projects will generate policy-relevant, context-specific evidence aligned with national priorities.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Develop a competitive research proposal and implementation plan.<br \/>\nLead data collection, analysis, and report writing.<br \/>\nCoordinate a small research team and ensure research ethics compliance.<br \/>\nProduce a final\u00a0research report,\u00a0policy brief, and a\u00a0publishable manuscript.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Zambian citizen currently residing in Zambia.<br \/>\nMasters in Education, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.<br \/>\nDemonstrated experience in research (literacy\/numeracy focus preferred).<br \/>\nStrong research design and data analysis skills (e.g., SPSS\/NVivo) and academic writing.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and teamwork.<\/p>\n<p>Contract Duration:\u00a024 months<br \/>\nEngagement:\u00a0Part-time consultancy with performance-based remuneration.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
