\nWe\u2019re expanding our customer support operations and are hiring a full-time\u00a0Customer Success Associate\u00a0to help manage customer communication, order tracking, and service quality across multiple digital channels.
\nRole Overview
\nYou will be the key link between our customers, operations, and marketing teams \u2013 ensuring every order and inquiry is handled promptly, clearly, and professionally.
\nThis is a full-time, in-office role for someone who enjoys solving problems and building customer trust.
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Respond to customer messages via\u00a0WhatsApp, email, and social media (Meta Business Suite).
\nTrack orders and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
\nManage product returns, exchanges, and support tickets.
\nDocument customer interactions in\u00a0Google Sheets \/ CRM\u00a0and prepare weekly reports.
\nCollect feedback and identify ways to improve the overall customer experience.
\nAssist with\u00a0live chat\u00a0and\u00a0support ticketing\u00a0systems.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
\nStrong organisation and multitasking ability.
\nProfessional and empathetic tone when dealing with customers.
\nExperience using\u00a0Google Workspace\u00a0and\u00a0Meta Business Suite.
\nMust be based in Lusaka and available to work Monday \u2013 Friday, 09:00 \u2013 17:00.
\nPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce support is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Compensation<\/p>\n
Starting salary:\u00a0K3,500\/month (first 3 months).
\nAfter confirmation:\u00a0K5,000\/month + performance bonuses.
