Confidence.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re expanding our customer support operations and are hiring a full-time\u00a0Customer Success Associate\u00a0to help manage customer communication, order tracking, and service quality across multiple digital channels.<br \/>\nRole Overview<br \/>\nYou will be the key link between our customers, operations, and marketing teams \u2013 ensuring every order and inquiry is handled promptly, clearly, and professionally.<br \/>\nThis is a full-time, in-office role for someone who enjoys solving problems and building customer trust.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Respond to customer messages via\u00a0WhatsApp, email, and social media (Meta Business Suite).<br \/>\nTrack orders and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery.<br \/>\nManage product returns, exchanges, and support tickets.<br \/>\nDocument customer interactions in\u00a0Google Sheets \/ CRM\u00a0and prepare weekly reports.<br \/>\nCollect feedback and identify ways to improve the overall customer experience.<br \/>\nAssist with\u00a0live chat\u00a0and\u00a0support ticketing\u00a0systems.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).<br \/>\nStrong organisation and multitasking ability.<br \/>\nProfessional and empathetic tone when dealing with customers.<br \/>\nExperience using\u00a0Google Workspace\u00a0and\u00a0Meta Business Suite.<br \/>\nMust be based in Lusaka and available to work Monday \u2013 Friday, 09:00 \u2013 17:00.<br \/>\nPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce support is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation<\/p>\n<p>Starting salary:\u00a0K3,500\/month (first 3 months).<br \/>\nAfter confirmation:\u00a0K5,000\/month + performance bonuses.<br \/>\nMonthly performance reviews and clear growth opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
