\n1. ASSISTANT FLEET MANAGER
\nThe primarily responsibilities include the following
\nCore Duties<\/p>\n
Monitoring and\u00a0tracking of all Trucks on the fleet using the GPS Monitoring system.
\nReporting daily on activities of trucks as per GPS Monitoring system\u2019s data.
\nProvide daily truck availability reports.
\nReport on the following:<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Number of over-speeding incidents per truck.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Night time driving \u2013 report in writing.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Route Diversion
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Unauthorized Stops\/Parking
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0No signal on GPS Monitoring System \/ tempering.
\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Any other violations<\/p>\n
Advise the Head of department on improvements.
\nResponsible for installation of GPS Monitoring Systems on trucks \u2013 old and new installations.
\nMonitoring of Truck Loadings at different loading points.<\/p>\n
Qualifications\/Experience\/Skills<\/p>\n
\u00a0Minimum of Certificate in Transport and Logistics.
\nMust be a member of CILT
\nAt least 3 years\u2019 working experience
\nFamiliarity with MS Office
\nCritical thinker and problem-solving skills
\nTeam player
\nGood time-management skills
\nGreat interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n
