KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS IN THE FOLLOWING<br \/>\na) Developing detailed designs.<br \/>\nb) Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.<br \/>\nc) Preparing and implementing project plans.<br \/>\nd) Researching and providing estimates for projects.<br \/>\ne) Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.<br \/>\n) Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory Compliance.<br \/>\n9) Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations<br \/>\nh) Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs<br \/>\n) Undertaking complex calculations<br \/>\n) Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors<br \/>\nk) Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures D Resolving design and development problems<br \/>\nm) Managing budgets and project resources<br \/>\nn) Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries<br \/>\no) Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety<br \/>\nBuy vitamins and supplements<br \/>\np) Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects<br \/>\nq) Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.<br \/>\nr) Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.<br \/>\ns) Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.<br \/>\nt) Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).<br \/>\n3. QUALIFICATIONS \/ EXPERIENCE<br \/>\na) Bachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.<br \/>\nb) Registration\/Licensure as a professional engineer is a\u00a0MUST.<br \/>\nc) A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.<br \/>\nd) Excellent Knowledge project management software and design software, such as Primavera Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation is a\u00a0MUST<br \/>\n4. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\na) Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.<br \/>\nb) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.<br \/>\nc) Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.<br \/>\nd) Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.<br \/>\ne) Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
