We are seeking a Production Manager who will oversee all poultry production operations, ensuring high productivity, optimal bird health, and adherence to biosecurity and regulatory standards. The role demands strategic planning, leadership, and operational oversight to achieve the company\u2019s production targets efficiently and sustainably.
\nThe ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of progressive experience in poultry production management, covering both broiler and layer operations, with a proven record of driving efficiency, cost control, and profitability.<\/p>\n

Production Planning & Management
\nDevelop and implement production schedules and performance targets for all poultry operations.
\nOversee the daily management of hatcheries, breeder farms, broiler and layer units to achieve optimal productivity.
\nMonitor feed consumption, growth rates, mortality, and overall flock performance.
\nCoordinate with procurement for timely availability of feed, vaccines, and other farm inputs.
\nQuality & Biosecurity
\nEnforce strict biosecurity protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
\nOversee disease prevention programs, vaccination schedules, and veterinary interventions.
\nMaintain accurate production records, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
\nTeam Leadership & Development
\nSupervise and mentor the sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
\nMonitor performance, provide coaching, and implement incentive programs to drive results.
\nLead regular sales meetings and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
\nBudgeting & Cost Control
\nPrepare and manage the production budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
\nAnalyze production costs and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
\nReporting and Analysis
\nGenerate and present regular reports on production performance, feed conversion ratios, and mortality rates.
\nUse data analytics to guide decision-making and improve efficiency.
\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation
\nRecommend and implement new technologies or methods to enhance productivity and sustainability.
\nStay updated with industry trends and advancements in poultry management and automation.<\/p>\n
