The ideal candidates must hold a valid manual driver\u2019s license and have experience in sales, distribution, or field operations.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n* Manage an assigned sales route or territory effectively and efficiently.<br \/>\n* Achieve daily sales targets and meet other performance objectives.<br \/>\n* Strictly follow the journey plan and ensure all listed customers are visited and served daily.<br \/>\n* Attain both strike rate and daily call rate without fail.<br \/>\n* Ensure proper use, care, and accountability of company-issued devices or tools.<br \/>\n* Engage closely with customers at both reseller and retailer levels to maintain strong business relationships.<br \/>\n* Carry out distribution of all BAT product Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).<br \/>\n* Maintain accuracy in transactions to avoid shortages or overages.<br \/>\n* Oversee the correct loading of stock into the sales van,including thorough checks of all cigarette boxes.<br \/>\n* Keep the sales vehicle and stock clean, safe, and free from damage.<br \/>\n* Maintain a clean and presentable sales van (interior and exterior).<br \/>\n* Demonstrate dependability and trustworthiness in all aspects of the job.<br \/>\n* Proactively recruit new customers to expand the customer base and grow sales volume.<br \/>\n* Ensure all sales are processed through the system and that receipts are issued to traders.<br \/>\n* Execute and manage all sales promotions effectively in the market.<br \/>\n* Immediately report any road traffic incidents or accidents to the company.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements:<br \/>\n* Valid manual driver\u2019s license (mandatory).<br \/>\n* Proven experience in sales, distribution, or customer service roles.<br \/>\n* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\n* Ability to work independently and meet set targets under minimal supervision.<br \/>\n* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash and stock handling.<br \/>\n* Must be dependable, organized, and customer focused.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
