\nPosition Summary
\nWe are seeking a\u00a0qualified and experienced Project Manager\u00a0with a\u00a0Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction\u00a0and a\u00a0valid Engineering Practicing License\u00a0(EIZ).
\nThe ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water infrastructure projects \u2014 including solar pumping, borehole installations, plumbing, and small-scale irrigation systems \u2014 ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage all phases of project implementation \u2014 from site assessments and design reviews to completion and commissioning.
\nSupervise installation teams, subcontractors, and technical staff on project sites.
\nPrepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
\nEnsure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
\nCoordinate logistics, materials, and procurement in collaboration with the Operations and Procurement departments.
\nMaintain close communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
\nSupport the development of quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction
\nValid EIZ Practicing License\u00a0(mandatory).
\nMinimum\u00a03 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in water, construction, or solar-related projects.
\nProven experience in project management, team supervision, and on-site execution.
\nStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and able to prepare technical documentation.
\nMust possess a valid driver\u2019s license and be willing to travel to project sites.<\/p>\n
