The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout their stay.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures.<br \/>\nManage room reservations and update booking records.<br \/>\nAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries.<br \/>\nCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.<br \/>\nPrepare and issue invoices or receipts for guests.<br \/>\nMaintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.<br \/>\nEnsure guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Must be a resident of Chipata (only Chipata residents will be accepted).<br \/>\nMust have completed Grade 12 between 2023 and 2024.<br \/>\nGood communication and customer service skills.<br \/>\nBasic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nHonest, punctual, and well-presented.<br \/>\nAble to work on weekends and holidays if required.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
