\nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing the financial and administrative aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing inventory records, handling taxes, payroll, and overseeing administrative and basic human resources functions.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Financial Management:
\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
\nPrepare and analyze financial statements.<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage cash flow and budgets.
\nInternship program listings<\/p>\n
Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
\nInventory Management:
\nOversee inventory control and tracking.
\nReconcile inventory records regularly.
\nPayroll Administration:
\nProcess employee payroll accurately and on time.
\nMaintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
\nAdministrative Management:
\nOversee day-to-day administrative operations.
\nManage office supplies.
\nCoordinate with vendors and suppliers.<\/p>\n
Human Resources:
\nManage HR documentation and compliance.
\nHandle employee relations and address HR inquiries.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Qualification in Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This is an entry level Position
\nProven experience in accounting, finance, and administrative roles.
\nStrong knowledge of Zambian tax regulations is a must.
\nProficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.
\nAttention to detail and high level of accuracy.
\nAbility to multitask and prioritize work effectively.<\/p>\n
