With a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, they continue to shape communities and deliver lasting value to clients and investors alike.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.<br \/>\nPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.<br \/>\nPerform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.<br \/>\nMaintain compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements.<br \/>\nImplement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br \/>\nProfessional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.<br \/>\n3 years of relevant experience.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.<br \/>\nProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.<br \/>\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
