The role will report to the\u00a0Director Finance.
\nThis strategic role will play a pivotal part in driving financial leadership and excellence within our Supply Chain function, ensuring alignment with our corporate goals and supporting the delivery of business priorities across the Group.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead and align the Supply Chain financial strategy with corporate objectives.
\nManage financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Supply Chain function.
\nPartner with Supply Chain leadership to review and optimize CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
\nDeliver insights and governance on financial initiatives, reporting, and cost management.
\nChampion clean governance, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial processes.<\/p>\n
Key Focus Areas \/ KPIs:<\/p>\n
EBIT and Working Capital performance
\nSupply Chain CPC optimization and procurement efficiency
\nTransformation projects (improvement over EBIT margin > BP)
\nImprovement of key people in key positions (10pp+)<\/p>\n
Skills, Experience & Education
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Degree in Business Management, Commerce, or Accounting.
\nCA qualification is an added advantage.
\n12\u201314 years\u2019 experience in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in financial management within Supply Chain or FMCG.<\/p>\n

Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and analytical capability.
\nProven experience in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.
