Job Description
\nThe IT Infrastructure Administrator shall ensure that all Infratel business support systems are managed and maintained as per agreed operational service level agreements.
\nThe IT Administrator shall implement and review security and best practices in the provision of IT Services to both internal and external customers.
\nThe IT Administrator shall ensure that all Infratel business systems are available and accessible at all times.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nBSS\/ERP Administration<\/p>\n
Maintain availability of Infratel Enterprise Resource Planning systems \u2013 Setup and configure all ERP Modules as required
\nUpgrade and patch the ERP as needs arises \u2013 Train users on all ERP functions \u2013 Liaise with third party vendor on the operations of the ERP -Ensure Business Continuity Measures and Backup Measures are put in place<\/p>\n
Email Administration<\/p>\n
Implement, Manage and Maintain the Corporate Email System
\nBackup Email System
\nTrain and Provide support to users<\/p>\n
Website and Web Applications Management<\/p>\n
Manage Website and Web Applications for Infratel
\nMaintain Backups and DR measures for the website and web applications<\/p>\n
Security & Compliance<\/p>\n
Ensure policies and procedures are put in place for all systems and processes
\nEnsure regular security assessments are conducted
\nEnsure system sensitization and security awareness programes are done<\/p>\n
User Training<\/p>\n
Responsible for training staff in using the variouscomponents of the ERP and all other software solutions
\nChange Management, Configuration and Patch Management
\nRecommend new features or changes to configuration\/ workflows based on userfeedback
\nPerform Patch Management for all systems
\nCarryout ChangeManagement Processes<\/p>\n
General Systems and Data Centre Systems Administration<\/p>\n
Provide support for administration of data Centreinfrastructure and systems
\n\u00a0Support for Cloud Services Deployment andAdministration
\n\u00a0Support for all internal applications and systems<\/p>\n
Network Management<\/p>\n
\u00a0Manage the Corporate network
\nManageAccess Control systems
\nManage CCTV footage<\/p>\n
Hardware Maintenance<\/p>\n
Manage all hardware for theenterprise and for the data Centre
\nMaintain an accurate IT inventory<\/p>\n
Customer Service Support<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain the IncidentManagement System \u2013
\nTrain users on all ICT applications
\nSensitise users onsecurity entrenchment on all
\nSupport all Infratel Staff on all applications<\/p>\n
General Backups and Maintenance<\/p>\n
Manage Backups for allsystems
\nEnsure BCP measures are put in place for all systems<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
Provide periodical reports for all operations<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
Degree inComputer Science or in any relevant field
\nMember ofICTAZ<\/p>\n
Key Competencies and Skills<\/p>\n
Good knowledgeof Windows and Linux administration \u00b7
\nGood knowledgeof Virtualization and Cloud Services
\nStrongknowledge on ERP administration, MySQL, MSSQL and Oracle Databases
\n\u00a0Good knowledge of backup solutions,restoration and troubleshooting
\nStrong Databasemanagement and ICT Security procedures
\nGood technicalunderstanding of security strategies, technologies and risk concepts \u00b7 Goodknowledge of Project Management
\nGood knowledgeof networking and communication protocols

Years of Experience Required<\/p>\n
