Driving the formulation and implementation of Learning and Development policies to ensure efficient management of human capital in the organisation.<\/p>\n
Oversee the implementation of DCP and DCZL\u2019s approved HR and Administration programs in the Company such as Internship through coaching and mentorship.
\nCommunicate DCZL\u2019s overall objectives to subordinates and ensure mutual understanding of roles, responsibilities and accountabilities in the Company through onboarding process.
\nDevelop and maintain the annual training calendar and schedule, coordinating with department managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities
\nOversee the use of approved systems\/ framework to support learning and development that support career growth and propels productivity.
\nLead and facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for participants.
\nOversee collation of staff development in the Company, verify and forward to relevant HQ department
\nBe the focal point for consolidation and central depository of HRIS on all training related issues across the plant and reporting.
\nMonitor and evaluate training delivery and effectiveness, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
\nProvide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
\nTrack and report on training metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of training programs.
\nConduct periodical Talent Review and Succession Planning for Identified roles to ensure we have adequate talent pool
\nRehears with training providers and vendors that they adhere to agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
\nCollaborate with HR and department managers to identify talent development opportunities and support career growth initiatives.
\nStay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in training and development..
\nBachelor\u2019s degree or its equivalent in a Social Sciences or related discipline.
\nTraining accreditation will be added advantage
\nExperience with e-learning authoring tools and technologies
\nFull Grade 12 school certificate
\nProficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms
\nValid driving licence and other relevant teaching certification
\nMinimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience with at least four (4) years in a senior management position
\nMining or Manufacturing background will be added advantage
\nManage the department\u2019s training budget and approved expenditure to control costs
\nObtain information from Unit Heads on Learning and Development issues, review and collate for HQ further consideration working hand-hand with Dangote Academy.<\/p>\n
