The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships within the mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors.<br \/>\nKey Roles and Responsibilities<br \/>\n* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company sales and growth targets.<br \/>\n* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for the company\u2019s products and services.<br \/>\n* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.<br \/>\n* Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategy and identify emerging trends.<br \/>\n* Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and tenders to prospective clients.<br \/>\n* Collaborate with management to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n* Monitor competitors\u2019 activities and recommend strategies to enhance market competitiveness.<br \/>\n* Prepare regular performance and sales reports for management review.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<br \/>\n* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mining, or related field.<br \/>\n* Minimum of **3\u20135 years\u2019 experience** in business development, preferably within the quarry, mining, or construction industry.<br \/>\n* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.<br \/>\n* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.<br \/>\n* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.<br \/>\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
