\n2.0 SENIOR ICT OFFICER \u2013 INTERFACES, SALARY GRADE ZRA05 (1 POSITION) INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY FUNCTION
\nA. PURPOSE
\nReporting directly to the ICT Manager, Single Window and Interfaces, the job holder will be responsible for supporting prescribed computer systems within ZRA and ensuring that IT services and facilities align with business needs through the integration of various systems, and providing technical support for outsourced or vendor-managed solutions.
\nB. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Grade twelve (12) School Certificate or General Certificate of Education (GCE) or Equivalent with five (5) Credits or better;
\nSchool supplies<\/p>\n
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;<\/p>\n
Not less than three years\u2019 experience in the Information and Communication Technology profession;<\/p>\n
Experience in designing and developing systems using technologies (e.g. ASP, VB, COM+, C#, SQL Server, etc.) and\/or Java (Java\/JSF\/JSF\/Spring programming, Java Servlets, Java Beans, JEE, Java Web Services) and Oracle in a distributed environment (e.g. IIS, COM+, COM\/DCOM);<\/p>\n
Knowledge of EDI, XML, and other common document formats;<\/p>\n
Requires minimum supervision and is self-motivated;<\/p>\n
Must be a member of ICTAZ with a valid 2025 Practicing License.<\/p>\n
