To post all teller transactions, welcome, build rapport and provide outstanding service to Deposit clients while performing account transactions. Accountable to dispense and receive cash and provide customer service to walk-in branch customers.<br \/>\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS<br \/>\n\u2022 Dispense and receive physical cash over the counter to walk in customers<br \/>\n\u2022 Processing daily counter transactions for deposit\/withdraws.<br \/>\n\u2022 Customer verification before any transactions<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all transaction records are kept meticulously and in accordance with procedures and making such documents available for review\/control purposes when required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Reconcile own till cash at the beginning and end of each day, as well as when cash is restocked or repatriated during the day.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify sales leads and referring any such leads to Customer Advisers\/ Relationship Managers<br \/>\n\u2022 Cross-selling of products and services<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring that all suspicious transactions are reported and correct measures taken without alerting the customer.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform any lawfully assigned tasks<br \/>\nMINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\n\u2022 Full Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree in Business related Course from a\u00a0recognised university.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
