The Transaction Processing Intern will be responsible for the operational completion of set tasks in the department and ensure that all back-office operations functions are promptly and accurately performed.<br \/>\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS<br \/>\n\u2022 Transaction Processing<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure accuracy and quick processing of all transactions<br \/>\n\u2022 Effective and efficient processing of client instructions<br \/>\n\u2022 Term Deposit Booking<br \/>\n\u2022 Interest Liquidation Circulation, client database management and build up<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparation and circulation of daily Interest Payments, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments<br \/>\n\u2022 Loan Processing<br \/>\n\u2022 Attend to client queries with accurate account information<br \/>\n\u2022 Investment Administration<br \/>\n\u2022 Maturity reporting and circulation to all in the department<br \/>\n\u2022 Receipting and Submissions<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare reports reflecting payments<br \/>\n\u2022 Consolidate and circulate end of day reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Reconcile all accounts on a daily, monthly and yearly basis<br \/>\n\u2022 Any other tasks as assigned<br \/>\nMINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\n\u2022 Full Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree in Business related Course from a recognised university.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
