This individual is responsible for processing of all transactions in an efficient and effective manner in the department.<br \/>\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS<br \/>\n\u2022 Implement and support the unit initiatives as outlined by the business<br \/>\n\u2022 To post, validate and transfer all transactions and raise vouchers\/ uploads<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure accuracy and quick processing of all transactions, in line with standard procedure<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all transactions have been passed correctly and necessary verifications done.<br \/>\n\u2022 To accurately process all Term Deposit Bookings and Redemptions<br \/>\n\u2022 Interest Liquidation Circulation, client database management and build up<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparation and circulation of daily Interest Payments, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments<br \/>\n\u2022 Timely, effective and efficient loan processing<br \/>\n\u2022 Attend to client queries with accurate account information<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that unreconciled items and funds received on the statement are actively checked, passed to clients\u2019 accounts and instructions pursued for optimum delivery<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure all daily transactions for the day are validated and work balanced before end of day.<br \/>\n\u2022 Timely consolidation of client investments<br \/>\n\u2022 Maturity reporting and circulation to all in the department<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare reports reflecting payments<br \/>\n\u2022 Consolidate and circulate end of day reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Reconcile all accounts on a daily, monthly and yearly basis<br \/>\n\u2022 To reconcile suspense accounts and ensure that there are no items above life span.<br \/>\n\u2022 To investigate and attend to queries pertaining to customer accounts.<br \/>\n\u2022 To ensure that transactions conform to anti-money laundering regulations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to reconcile accounts accurately and prepare reconciliations for review<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all reports and information required is submitted as per set deadlines according to company guidelines<br \/>\n\u2022 Achieve the processing quality audit target as set by business.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all fraud related transactions are reported to the Head of the unit and compliance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Any other tasks as assigned<br \/>\nMINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\n\u2022 Full Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree in Business related Course from recognised university.<br \/>\n\u2022 2 \u2013 3 years\u2019 experience<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
