We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team in Livingstone, Zambia. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional wellness experiences to our guests, contributing to their relaxation and rejuvenation.

\nParticipate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
\nMaintain accurate records of treatments and guest preferences
\nAssist with spa events and demonstrations as required
\nCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless spa operations
\nAdapt to changes in schedules or procedures with a positive attitude
\nConduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their wellness goals and any health concerns
\nRecommend appropriate products for at-home care to extend the benefits of spa treatments
\nMonitor and maintain inventory of spa supplies and products
\nImplement and follow safety protocols, including proper sanitation and sterilization procedures

Qualifications<\/p>\n
International Certificate in Massage and Skincare
\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star resort or equivalent setting
\nProficiency in various massage techniques and skincare treatments
\nExcellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous
\nStrong understanding of spa etiquette, safety protocols, and hygiene standards
\nPhysical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments throughout the day
\nExceptional customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
\nDetail-oriented approach to ensure consistent, high-quality treatments
\nAbility to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
\nWell-groomed appearance with high standards of personal hygiene
\nEnthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
\nFamiliarity with local wellness practices or traditions is a plus<\/p>\n
