\nJob Purpose
\nWarehouse Coordinator will be accountable for the overall
\nwarehouse operation, which receives and stores, moves and ships
\nsupplies, stock and materials to and\/or from the warehouse. Overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and adherence to company safety and quality standards.

\nSummary of Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement both short- and long-term warehouse planning.
\nMaintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
\nCoordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
\nMaintain accurate stock records and ensure timely posting of inventory transactions in the system.
\nConduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
\nMonitor warehouse space utilization and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
\nIdentify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
\nSupervise the loading and offloading of items in the warehouse
\nEnsure all warehouse employees receive regular performance reviews, personal-development and succession plans.
\nMotivate and inspire the team and ensure time-cards are submitted for
\ntimely payroll administration.\u00a0 Resolve conflict and to create a
\npositive and productive team environment.
\nAccountable for the planning and direction of all warehouse operations,
\nincluding developing and monitoring of key performance indicators,
\nsecurity, change management, technology and all administration
\nactivities, such as production reporting.
\nMeasure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee\u2019s performance
\nCollaborate with the Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse function.
\nMonitor shipping and receiving of products to and from the warehouse on behalf of customers.<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
\nMust have a minimum of 3-4 years\u2019 experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
\n\u00a0Transport and Logistics\u00a0work experience will be a plus
\nStrong understanding of inventory management systems\u00a0(Sage experience will be an added advantage).
\nA Degree in of the above fields will be a plus
\nMust be a member of a relevant professional body (i.e.\u00a0CIPS\/CILT\/ZIPS)<\/p>\n
