\nPosition Overview:
\nWe are seeking enthusiastic, customer-driven\u00a0Depot Sales Assistants\u00a0to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidates will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting farmers and partners who depend on our feed solutions.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Assist customers at the depot by providing product information, recommendations, and excellent customer service.
\nProcess sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
\nHandle stock management, including receiving, organizing, and dispatching feed products.
\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe depot environment.
\nSupport promotional activities and product visibility at the depot.
\nAddress customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
\nWork closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth depot operations.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
A Certificate\/Diploma in Sales, Agriculture, or Marketing is an added advantage).
\nExperience in retail, sales, depot operations, or agriculture-related work is preferred.
\nStrong communication and customer service skills.
\nAbility to handle physical tasks such as lifting and organizing stock.
\nHonest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
\nBasic computer skills are an advantage.
\nValid registration with relevant professional organization<\/p>\n
