It is a Member Association of the\u00a0International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF).<br \/>\nOur Vision<br \/>\nOur\u00a0vision\u00a0is realisation of a society in which all people in Zambia enjoy equal sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and have access to quality and affordable SRH information and services.<br \/>\nOur Mission<br \/>\nOur\u00a0mission\u00a0is to advocate for sexual and reproductive health rights of women, men and young people, especially the vulnerable, and to empower them to make free and informed reproductive health choices. We dedicate ourselves to the provision of high quality and sustainable youth-focused sexual and reproductive health services.<br \/>\nABOUT THE PROJECT RECRUITING<br \/>\nWomen\u2019s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH 2) project is one of three components of the overarching WISH Dividend programme that is being procured by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). This programme is central to delivering the UK\u2019s priorities on empowering women and girls as set out in the International Development Strategy, the UK\u2019s strategic approach to sub-Saharan Africa and the International Women and Girls Strategy.<br \/>\nPPAZ being a member of IPPF will be implementing the WISH2 project locally. PPAZ seeks to recruit eight (8) Regional Coordinators who will be based in Luapula, Muchinga, Southern Eastern, Central, Copperbelt, and Western Provinces.<br \/>\nJob Summary<br \/>\nThe Regional Coordinators will oversee the implementation of the WISH 2 project in targeted provinces, ensuring alignment with national health guidelines and smooth execution across provincial, district, and facility levels. The Regional Coordinators will be based in the field and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the field office and overall management, supervision and monitoring of the FP\/SRH aspects of the project for WISH2 Project. The Regional Coordinators will be reporting to the Quality Assurance and Inclusive Advisor (QA&amp;IA).<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00a0Program Management<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Execute annual workplans, budgets, and activity schedules.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Align project with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Identify and resolve implementation challenges.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00a0Program Management<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Execute annual workplans, budgets, and activity schedules.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Align project with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Identify and resolve implementation challenges.<br \/>\nPlanning and implementation of project activities<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans, conduct monthly meetings with partner NGOs and ensure timely monthly reporting from the field.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure timely preparation and implementation of planned activities.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Work closely with the partner NGOs in each district to ensure their timely planning, implementation, recording and reporting of project activities.<br \/>\nCoordination<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Collaborate with government ministries, health facilities, and community stakeholders.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Organize meetings, workshops, and facilitate partner collaboration.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Facilitate community defined quality workshops and meetings for health staff and Community Based Distributors\/Youth Group Members, and ensure youth friendly services are provided at each targeted health facility.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Facilitate youth defined quality service workshops.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strengthen and support the FP\/RH coordination activities in all targeted districts.<br \/>\nTechnical Support<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Guide service providers on family planning, GBV response, SRH and youth friendly services.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support outreach planning and local adaptation of interventions.<br \/>\nCapacity Building<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Identify training needs for health workers and volunteers.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Lead training and mentorship initiatives.<br \/>\nMonitoring &amp; Evaluation<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure accurate data collection and reporting.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain data quality and contribute to project reports.<br \/>\nPartnership Development<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Build relationships with government and civil society stakeholders.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Identify new collaboration opportunities.<br \/>\nCommunication<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Share updates and manage stakeholder communications.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Respond to information requests and resolve issues.<br \/>\nRequired Qualifications &amp; Skills<br \/>\n\u00a0Education<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, or related fields.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Public Health or Clinical Sciences will be added advantage.<br \/>\nExperience<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum 5 years in program management, preferably at district\/provincial level.<br \/>\nTechnical Expertise<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong knowledge of SRH issues (family planning, maternal health, HIV\/AIDS).
