You\u00a0will turn all the field reports into simple, accurate summaries that show where we are growing, where we are weak, Manage Social Media, create content and webpage.<br \/>\nTechnical skills required:<br \/>\nSQL: To query and extract data from databases.<br \/>\nExcel: To perform intermediate-level analysis, including using formulas and pivot tables.<br \/>\nPython or R: For more complex data manipulation and analysis, with Python being a common choice.<br \/>\nData visualization tools: Familiarity with software like Tableau or Power BI to create reports and dashboards.<br \/>\nStatistical knowledge: Understanding descriptive and inferential statistics to interpret data correctly.<br \/>\nAnalytical and soft skills<br \/>\nCritical thinking and problem-solving: The ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and solve complex problems.<br \/>\nCommunication: Effectively presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.<br \/>\nAttention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.<br \/>\nKey responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00d8\u00a0Consolidated all field data from Google Forms, Statements and ZANACO Reports and Produce one report for decision making.<br \/>\n\u00d8\u00a0Prepare daily \/Weekly reports for Area Reps\/ Project Manager and Managing Director.<br \/>\n\u00d8\u00a0Design content to promote the business through social media(Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and webpage<br \/>\n\u00d8\u00a0Identify Dormant Agents quickly and track Area Rep visitation through Google forms.<br \/>\n\u00d8\u00a0Build automated Dashboards for Agent Activity, Penetration, Reactivations, Float Distribution, and Cluster\/District comparison.<br \/>\n\u00d8\u00a0Collaborate with Project Manager to assign realistic targets.<br \/>\nWho You Are:<br \/>\n1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0You must have a diploma or Degree in Information Management System (IMIS), Economics, Mathematics or related<br \/>\n2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must have 2 to 3 years of working experience<br \/>\n3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proficient in Excel, Python, SQL, Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI<br \/>\n4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Highly organized, with excellent time-management.<br \/>\n5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer:<br \/>\nA competitive salary based on experience.<br \/>\nReady to Work?<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
