\nThe Complex Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, functionality, and condition of all facilities, systems, and equipment. This includes:<\/p>\n

\nSwimming Pool and Pool Bar Area
\nLusaka International Convention Centre\u00a0
\nWater Purification Plant & Sewer Treatment Plant
\nNine Standby Generators

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Property Maintenance & Asset Management<\/p>\n
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all facilities, equipment, utilities, and systems across the resort.
\nEnsure guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, restaurants, bars, and convention centre facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
\nMaintain all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment in optimal working condition.<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.Preventive Maintenance & Compliance<\/p>\n
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive\u00a0Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP)\u00a0for all equipment, buildings, and infrastructure.
\nConduct regular inspections to identify wear, structural integrity issues,
\nsafety hazards, and maintenance needs.<\/p>\n
Generators, Utility Systems & Plants<\/p>\n
Oversee the operation and maintenance of\u00a0nine standby generators\u00a0to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
\nManage the\u00a0water purification plant\u00a0and ensure potable water standards are met at all times.<\/p>\n
