Sales &amp; Marketing<br \/>\nParticipate in field marketing activities to promote Malu Capital\u2019s services.<br \/>\nAssist in onboarding new clients in line with KYC requirements.<br \/>\nHelp maintain strong relationships with clients to support retention.<br \/>\nHelp explain product features and benefits to potential clients.<br \/>\nSupport sales conversions by guiding clients through the application process.<br \/>\n2. Data Capturing<br \/>\nAccurately input and manage client information in the system.<br \/>\nEnsure completeness and accuracy of all documentation.<br \/>\n3. Conducting Due Diligence<br \/>\nSupport verification of client identities, addresses, and business activities.<br \/>\nAssist in screening clients for regulatory and reputational risks.<br \/>\n4. Loan Performance Monitoring &amp; Appraisal<br \/>\nTrack repayments and flag potential risks.<br \/>\nParticipate in field-based assessments of client creditworthiness.<br \/>\n5. Loan Portfolio Review<br \/>\nContribute to analyzing loan books for performance trends and risk indicators.<br \/>\nHelp compile reports for internal decision-making.<br \/>\n6. Debt Collection &amp; Recovery<br \/>\nContact clients for repayment reminders.<br \/>\nDocument collection efforts and provide follow-up support.<br \/>\n7. Business Development<br \/>\nIdentify new leads and business opportunities in the field.<br \/>\nAssist in execution of promotional strategies and campaigns.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills<br \/>\nMinimum of a Diploma in any related field will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nComputer literate.<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\nBasic understanding of KYC, credit appraisal, and sales.<br \/>\nStrong data entry and analysis skills.<br \/>\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
